This is amazing work, I hope to achieve this quality eventually with my sports photographs.

There is no coming back from a certain point. It is necessary to reach that point. F.K.

It was alot like stitching panoramics. Alot of layers. Pretty easy really, only took like an hour or so. I did theis one backwards though. I started on the right and went left, because that was the way i was used to doing panos. It woiuld be easier to start with the left and go right. Just line up the pics at 70% oppacity the best you can around the boarder, then I used a 3pixel feathered lasso to select an area arround the boarder and selected inverse, then pushed delete. Do that 6 times and your done.

Where in Europe are you heading back to? I have always wanted to go there and do some skiing and take some pics.

Thanks alot for all your comments and favs. Hope you enjoyed Washington.

Thanks for the tip, it makes a lot of sense, i though it would be somthing of that "nature" but wasnt sure. I thought there might be a sequence software, just like for panoramas.

Anyways, am moving back to SLOVAKIA, which is my native land. There's so much boarding and skiing you would definitely love it....more than 100 ski resorts...you get the sense.
BTW, the mountain range it's called HIGH TATRAS (do couple searches on dA and find some pics). It is the 2nd highest mountain range in Europe, right after Alps, of course. There's more ski-able mountains then Tatras though ;)
Come and visit!

have fun!

Wow that sounds awesome. We will have to keep in touch. Do you ski or snowboard?

That would be cool if there where a program for the sequence shots. If it worked well that is. I have not seemed to find a good stitching program yet. I used the one on CS2 and one that came with my camera, it's a canon program. I can never get them do do that good of a job though. Could be the way I am shooting, usually without a tripod. Maybe if i got one of those paning slides for my tripod it would help out my pics in the automated programs.

How long is the ski season over there?

I love this series. Very impressive piece. I take it that you were using a fast shutter speed?
